AoT: I'm not blushing! [Eren x Reader]

"[f/n], you're red again. Are you okay?" Mikasa asked as she sat down in front of you. Others joined in on the same table and ate their breakfast.

"Yeah I'm perfectly fine. Why?" You asked while munching on some bread that Sasha tried to steal from you earlier.

"Your cheeks are really red..." She replied, staring at your face.

"Oh, that's because--" you were cut off by an obnoxiously loud voice.

"SHES BLUSHING CUZ EREN'S HERE!!!!" Sasha yelled out awkwardly.

With that, Eren, who was entering the mess hall stared at Sasha for a moment before slowly making his way to the table. He sat down next to you and you fidgeted a little.

"So... I heard my name Sasha" he said to the potato girl.

"Yeah, [f/n] is blushing because you're here. Probably because she likes you or something. She's always blushing whenever you're around" She shrugged her shoulders.

"R-really [f/n]?" Eren stuttered to you and a faint blush could be seen on his cheeks. "You like me?" He asked.

"No, yes -- I mean argh...." You sighed in frustration as you gathered your thoughts. "I was born with rosy cheeks so that doesn't mean I'm blushing but... I guess Sasha is right.... I.... I do like you Eren... And I... I do blush when you're around..." You confessed and your blush grew redder and redder.

"See? She admitted it." Sasha grinned as she went back to eating her food.

"Aww that's so cute [f/n]" Krista added.

Eren smiled and patted your head. "You're cute [f/n], and that's what made me fall for you."

Looking up with the most adorable round eyes ever, you stared in disbelief "R-really?"

"Really." He said as he kissed your cheek softly and smiled back. Catcalls and wolf whistles could be heard down the table and you looked down, face extremely red from embarrassment.


~ A few minutes later ~


You were assigned laundry duty with Eren today and started to hang the fresh and new clothes up. The sunlight was shining down onto you two, giving off that burning feeling on your skin. It was a really hot day today.

"It's getting hot..." Eren mumbled as he wiped off the sweat on his forehead.

"Yeah, but... We're almost done, just a bit more left." You said, picking up a huge white bed sheet. "Eren, could you help me hang this?" You asked, tilting your head to look at the other side where he was standing.

"Yeah just wait..." He said as he took his shirt off and placed it near the basket full of laundry. "Alright [f/n].... [f/n]?" He asked, looking at you slightly confused.

You were currently staring at him thinking about all sorts of things

'No shirt, perfectly toned body, muscles... So hot...'

You felt your cheeks heat up once again when you thought about him.

"[f/n]...?" He asked, then smirked a little. "Are you blushing?"

"Huh... No! I'm not blushing!!!" You dropped the bed sheet onto the ground and brought your hands to your cheeks. "You're hot. No, what? I mean, it's hot. The sun. It's... Really... Hot." You trail off awkwardly as you sweat dropped.

He chuckled as he walked over to you "I'm hot?" He asked while bringing your hands down.

"Yes... I mean... No-- Well uh... Literally....." You struggled to find words as you mentally slapped yourself for saying something so stupid.

"Well, you're literally hot" he said placing his hand on your cheek. "Want to make it hotter?" He whispered.

Without notice, he kissed you with burning passion, and dayum it was getting hotter alright. He pulled back and smiled at your flustered face, your hands crept back to your face.

"Are you blushing now?" He asked teasingly.

"....yes..." You squeaked in defeat.

"So cute~" he said and turned back to hand the bed sheet, only to be greeted by a very irritated Heichou.

"So are you shitty brats done with whatever the hell you were doing?!" He asked, giving you his signature tch.

"Y-yes sir...." You both saluted to him.

"Wash that bed sheet now. You two, stable duty for the rest of the week." He said and walked off.

Right. The bed sheet you dropped to the ground.

You completely forgot about it when you were uhm fantasizing about Eren.

"Well, we should go wash this now..." Eren said as he picked up the now not so white bed sheet.

"Y-yeah..." You said following Eren.

Your cheeks heated up again, this time, it was because of the flaming hot sun.

Not because of Eren and his... Hotness.
